Do You Need Your Social Media Properties Set Up For You?
For a one-time charge of $249.00 we will set up up to five social media properties/pages. These may include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Yelp, or Pinterest. Set up includes custom cover and profile photo and/or logo, custom sub-domain, and all Social Media properties are connected to a single Gmail inbox for easy management.
For a one time charge of $399, we will set up all 8 of these social media properties, a savings of 16%!
Frequently Asked Questions
What social media profiles are covered with this service?
Currently, we post to six different social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google My Business. There’s no limit in word count with the exception of Twitter. Twitter has a 280 character limit. We try to keep the captions short unless you have specific messages you need to send out.
Will I be able to review the posts before they are posted?
Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for approval before they are posted. You may opt to have us post without approval if you would like.
When will my social media posting service start?
Work on social media posts can begin right away as long as our social media team has all the information we need to access the selected social media profiles. We will first confirm that the onboarding document is filled out. Afterwards, we make sure that we have access to all the social media channels. If for some reason we are missing access to anything, we will reach out to you. If there are any delays in the work from the time the services are purchased, you are still due those posts and we will deliver them as soon as the work proceeds.
Can you use my custom graphics or proprietary images for my posts?
We will provide the written content for all social media posts. If required, we will also provide licensed stock images for the posts. You are welcome to provide our team with custom graphics and proprietary images for your social media posts, however we cannot provide custom graphics or customize assets provided to us to be applied to the posts.
What happens if I cancel the service?
If the social media postings service is cancelled your social media posts will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. If for some reason there are pending posts that were never sent out, we will continue to post until you have recieved all that you are due from the time that the service was active.
Do you create the social media profiles for my business?
If you need us to set up the social media profiles for you, we will be more than happy to do so.
What types of social media posts are included?
Our posting service is meant for maintenance style social media posts. These include images, GIFs and industry specific trending news. They are not custom graphics with the client’s services or products and they are also not branded with the client’s logos and colors. This service is designed to keep your social media pages up-to-date with quality content on a monthly basis.
Can I post as well?
Yes of course, as a matter of fact we encourage it. we only ask that you coordinate with our team so that we don’t step on each other’s toes.
Can I choose the social media channels you post to?
Yes, based on the plan you choose, you can select a certain number of social media channels for us to post to. You can choose from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
